Microsoft integrates Truffle tools into Azure

Tools created by blockchain startup Truffle will be integrated into Microsoft's Azure, Forbes writes. They will be available in the cloud computing service for developers to design and enterprise blockchain applications. Since introducing the tools for Microsoft Azure last month, thousands of people have used them.

Truffle used to be a part of Ethereum incubator ConsenSys, with its aim to make developing Ethereum projects easier. According to Truffle founder and CEO Tim Coulter, the company “wanted to open that up and make access to the blockchain more available to a large swath developers.” The company has spun-out of ConsenSys, receiving a $3 million investment to expand solutions for enterprise clients.
