Richard Ma is the co-founder and CEO of Quantstamp, a Y Combinator backed company that aims to provide transparency and security to smart contract blockchain projects. Quantstamp is a specialized verification and bounty platform that is designed to detect security vulnerabilities. He also serves as advisor for AidCoin, an ERC-20 token geared towards charitable giving.
Before founding Quantstamp Inc. in 2017, Ma was involved in algorithmic and high frequency trading as a portfolio manager, strategist and trader for Bitcoin HFT Fund, Tower Research Capital, Palladion Capital and Archelon Group. He graduated from Cornell University in 2011, with a degree in electrical computer engineering.
